Your student-ID identifies you; it is made up of your surname (perhaps modified/shortened when you were enrolled), followed by a hyphen (upper right of keyboard, no shift key), followed by your unique student number. Don't use any spaces. And don't worry about capital letters because your ID is not case-sensitive.
Your Password is the secret "word" that confirms that it is you going online. Revealing it to others is both illegal and immoral. Allowing another person to answer questions for you is also illegal and immoral, and worse: it will harm your education and your preparedness for the demands of adult life. If you forget your password, or want to change it, or you accidentally expose it to someone else, all you have to do is have your mentor contact us; we can assign you a new password or change it to your choice.
